Introducing Nikki

Hi, my name is Nikki and I am the Centre Manager at Johnsonville Childcare.

I gained my Bachelor of Education (ECE) from Victoria University and have been working in Early Childhood for over 20 years. I have been lucky enough to work with and along side both my children during my teaching career, who are all grown up now.

I enjoy the challenge ECE brings with each day being very different!

We all share the same passion in providing quality education.

We offer a wide range of experiences where children can be challenged and flourish. We all bring different experiences, cultural identities and strengths, which as a team, we utilize to our advantage. We like to have fun and most importantly have a laugh.

Introducing our Nursery Team

Resmi, Antonia, Jordan, Steph, Nalini and Amelia.

We are a passionate and unique team and strongly value manaakitanga.

Being a multi cultural team we recognise and cater to all cultures in the centre. We foster curiosity of our tamariki through child led practices, while maintaining strong relationships. We are respectful of each other and fill each others buckets with kindness, empathy and encouragement as well as enjoying a laugh!

Introducing Vicky

Hi, my name is Vicky and I am the Centre Administrator at Johnsonville Childcare.

I have been a member of Johnsonville Childcare for over 8 years, first as a teacher and now as Administrator. I love the diversity my role entails be it at reception, covering in the Nursery or Classroom or being Mrs Fix-it when needed! Being a busy mum to 3 daughters, enables me transfer my organisational skills to my work where I constantly have multiple tasks on the go.
